Forgotten Membership Number
You must have your membership number to access your account with us. If you have forgotten the number there are many ways in which you can recover it:
- We include your membership number in almost all postal and email correspondence to you.
- Most people can retrieve their membership number by texting the word 'MyBalance' to 60060, depending on your service provider a small charge may be levied by the phone company. You should get and SMS in return including your membership number and your savings/loan balances.
- You can email info@credit-union.coop attaching proof of identity and we will reply with your membership number.
- Depending on your location, you can make an appointment to visit the office with proof of identity and we can help.
